- The orders are always shipped after payment is done. At this moment we don’t accept COD payment.
- The delay of the shipment usually depends on the distance and type of shipment. The packages are shipped and delivered on working days.
- The price of the shipping is based on the weight of your order and the distance of your country.
- We cannot be held responsible if your package is lost in case of choosing normal shipping (without tracking number).
- If you purchase a preorder, it will be a non ready product, with a time to get produced.
- We only accept changes or returns of products that have not been purchased through a commission. The hats that have been ordered by order are made to measure of the wishes of the client, so they are unique pieces that can not be returned
- We are only accep changes or returns in the 7 following days until you received the product. In case of return, the customer have ship back the products (in perfect condition), with no sign of usage.
- The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we received and checked the articles are in a perfect condition to be sold again, the customer can choose if want a money refund or changing for another item, paying the difference if any.
